Vancouver Meeting Rooms
Enjoy Four Diamond service in our recently updated meeting facilities. From exhibit halls to boardrooms and every room in between, our beautifully appointed meeting rooms can be set up in just about any style to satisfy your requirements. No matter what venue at Hyatt Regency Vancouver you choose, rest assured that your guests will enjoy the best experience possible during their stay in Vancouver, BC.  

To ensure your event meets your standards, all 30 of our meeting and banquet rooms offer sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
Convention Level (3rd Floor)

Regency Ballroom and Foyer
The largest of our meeting facilities, the expansive Regency Ballroom, is one of the largest hotel conference venues in the entire city. Spacious enough to accommodate 130 full-size exhibit booths, this ballroom is the ideal location for any corporate gathering. Dazzle conference attendees with an exciting opening day extravaganza on a stage, complete with lighting and special effect, in a theater-set up for 1,600. Create a themed gala with banquet seating for 1,200, along with space for a dance floor and entertainment. Regency is easily divisible into as many as six separate rooms, each large enough to host classroom set-ups for 100 or more guests. The adjacent Regency Foyer is perfect for setting up pre-conference registration tables, continental breakfast buffets and more.

Balmoral, King George, Prince of Wales, Queen Charlotte, Oxford, Windsor
The ideal setting of these rooms close to the Regency Ballroom make them just right for a variety of uses. Set up easel boards and markers for brainstorming sessions, select one as your “headquarters”, plan buffet stations with seating areas for lunch – perhaps with a different theme in each room – or for breakout sessions from the main meeting. Capacities range from 9 to 200 guests, depending upon the set up. Several of these rooms feature beautiful views of the surrounding city from floor to ceiling windows and balconies.
Plaza Level (2nd Floor)

Plaza Ballroom
Our junior ballroom creates an elegant space for mid-sized meetings and events. Utilize the entire space for a classroom set-up for 250, or host a classic reception for 500 guests. This ballroom also separates into three salons, to accommodate a variety of set-ups including display booths, U-shape and hollow square.

Georgia
Located adjacent to the Plaza Ballroom, this meeting space is designed to host small to mid-sized meetings. Gather together your top sales team for an inspirational presentation and training sessions, in a classroom set-up for 150. Present a new idea or technique to colleagues in a U-shape setting for 44. Georgia can also accommodate 29 full-sized exhibit booths, and can be separated into two separate areas as needed.
Fourth Floor

Cavendish, Tennyson, Dover, Lord Byron, Constable, Kensington, Brighton, Turner
This collection of smaller meeting rooms is ideal for those seeking more private space, away from the convention floors of the hotel. Each intimate salon can accommodate a boardroom set-up, with seating to 20, a classroom set up for 16 or private dinner for 20.
Perspectives Level (34th Floor)
Offering incredible views of the city, mountains and ocean, this unique meeting space located on the top floor of our downtown Vancouver hotel is the perfect spot to host your most impressive events. The Perspectives Level offers a magnificent locale for a formal dinner with dancing for 270, or a memorable reception for 600. For smaller gatherings, select one of the five salons to accommodate set-ups ranging from 24 to 190 guests.
